Shipping & Returns
All items marked preorders for are estimated to ship mid April but may ship later.
Otaka House product that is purchased online (with the exception of promotional or sale items) can be returned within 30 days of the date that item is delivered to the the shipping address for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags. The condition of the returned item is left at the discretion of Otaka House.
Care Instructions
For general cleaning, use a damp cloth to wipe down the Faux Leather. To remove stains, use an (unscented) soap – simply rub some into the stain, and wipe off with a damp cloth. To dry, wipe down with a dry cloth.
